First, yes, we know this is just a render and most likely vaporware but that doesn’t mean it isn’t cool!
The winner of red dot Award in Design Concept (Energy), the AIRE makes use of your heavy mouth breathing to recharge or power small electronic devices, effectively turning us into a renewable source of energy. The AIRE would in theory both fit right in with our desire or need to use less-than eco-friendly gadgets and offset some of that carbon footprint by using an abundant power source: the users of those gadgets.
Makes lots of sense we suppose but the biggest challenge would be getting people to walk around with what looks like some sort of hazmat mask without freaking out those without one.

Wouldn’t be a challenge at all; getting people to wear this. Just know your market.
