The trailer is here! Looks like Kotaku’s source was right on the money with respects to location; that said, no rumor could have had frothing at the mouth for this game.
Set in what looks like a fictional Los Angeles, the narrator waxes poetic about heading West to “retire” and become a “dad like on TV.” What a hell of a set up for what’s to come I bet. Either way, the visuals are absolutely stunning and it looks like this updated version of GTA West Coast edition will have an even large/expansive environment. We’ve been teased with what looks like downtown L.A., the ‘Vinewood’ sign, two outdoor rural/mountain-esque locales, and a fictional Muscle Beach.
No other details are available at the moment but damn that’s one good-looking game.
