Earlier today we got a tip about Sharp providing the screens for future generations of the iPad as well as an Apple TV.
Hmm, that’s odd. We don’t remember the current Apple TV having any screen. Perhaps the rumors that Apple is manufacturing small batches of Smart TVs are true. Since Sharp now has the largest LED TV on the market, perhaps they know a thing or two about solid design. If you’re an Apple fan, then this is surely good news, because having a TV that matches up with all of your other devices out of the box is pretty nifty.
We’ll keep you posted if we hear anything new.
