The gargantuan long necked dino of the Jurassic Period affectionately named &#8220;thunder-thighs.&#8221; A name bestowed upon it by the size of its larger than normal hip bone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The BBC reports on a newly discovered species of sauropod, Brontomerus, lived during the Early Cretaceous Period, shedding more light on (and challenging long held beliefs) about Earth&#8217;s early history.
