Word coming out of the Motorola Owner’s forum is that rooted Xooms are still eligible for the free 4G LTE upgrade. Does this mark a pleasant turn from Motorola or is this just an act of desparation to ensure that they aren’t kicked in the nuts by the formidable 2nd generation iPad. here isn’t much more to this news, that’s all there is. Root it and unleash its true power, you can still upgrade to “4G” later. Despite the signs of confirmation on that account, I’d still feel safer waiting for *official word*.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
