In the world of Video Games, some of the biggest news in recent years has revolved around the return of Lorne Lanning<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why is this such a huge deal?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From 1997 to 2005, Lorne Lanning’s studio, Oddworld Inhabitants<\/em><\/a>, produced some of the best game play and innovation we have seen thus far. From Oddworld: Abe’s Oddysee<\/strong><\/em><\/a> to Stranger’s Wrath<\/strong><\/em><\/a> (one of the best games released on the Xbox<\/strong>, ever), the story-telling style and game mechanics have influenced many of the titles we play today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lorne Lanning partnered with Just Add Water<\/em><\/a> in 2010 to splash the original games with a new coat of paint and to, hopefully, move forward with new games in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just Add Water<\/em> has been working diligently, beginning with the remaster of Stranger’s Wrath<\/strong><\/em><\/a> for platforms in 2011 and mobile devices<\/a> in 2014, then moving to Oddworld: Munch’s Oddysee<\/strong><\/em><\/a> in 2012, both ports\/remasters seamlessly done, and is now bringing it all back to the beginning with a completely remastered Oddworld: Abe’s Oddysee<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So remastered, it has a band new title: Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty<\/strong><\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
