After pissing off<\/a> the entire free world, Groupon decides to move their successful business plan<\/a> to China, the one market that liked their Super Bowl Commercial. According to CNet<\/a>, Groupon is looking to move their ideas of mass purchased online coupons for IRL goods to the land of the Great Wall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The speculation comes from the purchase of gaopeng.com by Tencent, a known investor in Groupon, who has a major interest in seeing Groupon succeed in Asia. This interest is due to the fact that they’re an Asian company, and they gave money to Groupon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
