Today as I got off the Library L station I walked right into a set for the television show E.R. I didn’t see any actors because the crew was still setting up, but I did walk by those chairs that the stars sit in. It was pretty cool to see each actor’s name embroidered in the backrest with their character’s name underneath that. That set was just one of the 50+ sets currently in Chicago. This is wild cause Chicago hasn’t seen so much film presence before. It’s boomed in the past few years, probably thanks to Vince Vaughn.
